Creating Branding for ShieldUs

Project Scope:

Creation of branding materials for Shield Us to promote COVID-19 vaccination in Central Florida, targeting underserved communities in Orange, Brevard, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

About the Client:

Shield Us is a not-for-profit company dedicated to health and wellness through COVID-19 vaccination in Central Florida. Their primary focus is on underserved communities, and they aim to protect these communities through community outreach, providing useful information, reliable resources, and vaccination options and data.

About the Project:

Customer Need:
Shield Us required a marketing campaign to promote the Vaccine Reluctance Grant provided by HRSA. The goal was to inform underrepresented communities about the dangers of COVID-19, emphasize the positive aspects of vaccination, and influence individuals to get vaccinated.
Strategic Partner:
IDX.Marketing, a digital marketing agency, collaborated with Shield Us to create the branding from scratch. The key challenge was to develop a branding strategy that could effectively communicate with three main demographics in three different languages and visuals.
Approach and Solution:
Logo:
IDX.Marketing designed a logo that represented Shield Us’ mission and the importance of vaccination. The logo combined elements of community, protection, and unity.
Brand Book:
A comprehensive brand book was created to establish the guidelines for Shield Us’ visual identity, including logo usage, color palette, typography, and brand voice. It ensured consistency across all marketing materials.
Facebook Banner:
IDX.Marketing designed a visually appealing and informative banner for Shield Us’ Facebook page. The banner showcased the logo, key messages, and imagery representing diverse communities.
Social Media Posts:
IDX.Marketing created social media posts in three languages – Creole, English, and Spanish. The posts focused on sharing COVID-19 information, vaccine benefits, and testimonials from vaccinated individuals to address vaccine hesitancy.
Advertisement Campaigns:
Advertisements in English, Creole, and Spanish were developed to reach the target demographics effectively. The ads highlighted the importance of vaccination, community impact, and available vaccination options.
Magazine:
A comprehensive magazine-style document has been crafted to furnish intricate insights into the facets of the Shield Us brand. It encompasses a thorough overview of the exhaustive efforts invested in devising and executing both organic and Ads campaigns, along with a comprehensive exploration of the community outreach initiatives.
Results:
IDX.Marketing successfully created a comprehensive branding strategy for Shield Us, ensuring its effectiveness across multiple demographics and languages. The branding materials effectively communicated the importance of COVID-19 vaccination, addressed vaccine hesitancy, and motivated individuals to get vaccinated.
